We are very proud to launch our new mobile resources ‘Creation Station’ arts and ‘Sports Starz’ both are perfect for events, festivals, play schemes, youth groups etc. Both come with either tipi or event shelter (both if available), variety of equipment and facilitators to deliver activities. We can be very flexible with the activities we offer and can work with you to meet your requirements.
We have some fully funded experiences available for charity or voluntary groups working with children and young people within Greater Manchester, contact us for more details or to make a booking.
Rugby 2010
We are running an exciting project in partnership with the RFUW around the women’s rugby world cup which will be held in England this summer. We will be recruiting young volunteers from Manchester/Cheshire and London who will undergo sports leader awards and volunteer training then support community events, volunteer at the world cup final and work within local schools to support a national girls tournament as a legacy to the world cup event. We will begin recruiting our volunteers in June (ages 15-24).
Tag Rugby Development Trust
We have been in talks with London based charity the Tag Rugby Development Trust who run volunteer trips to developing nations, taking groups of volunteers from the UK to teach tag rugby in schools and host local festivals. We are extremely excited about the prospect of running a Youth Discovery Trip to Africa in 2011.
Nesta Idiscover
We are delivering experiences in Manchester schools as part of NESTA’s Idiscover programme which aims to encourage innovation within schools. We offer sporting enterprise, enterprising arts and a survivor experience.
